*Available food
Rice, flour, grains (cereals); skim milk, yogurt and sugar-free yogurt; egg, egg white; all kinds of vegetables, fruits; soybeans, tofu and its products; konjac and its products;seafood and fish (especially fish); lean meat, skinless poultry (chicken, duck, etc.);vegetable oils (especially olive oil, tea oil, etc.) and hard fruit.

Disable food
